Traveled a couple hundred miles this weekend to some new to me public ground. Covered several miles and found two single gobblers ready to die. One at 7:45 and the other at 10:00. If you can find one that has not been pressured too bad they are prime right now.

Looks like a fine outing in the turkey woods, y'all did well. This weekend was pretty prime weather for late April in SW TN, at least in the mornings before the wind got up. Not exactly sure where y'all were, but lows around 50 are heard to beat with May right around the corner. Congrats, and thanks for sharing.
 
Yeah it was beautiful in the mornings. Actually caught a little mess of fish when the wind got up. ;)

That is quite possibly one of the coolest pictures of all time. Brings back memories and makes me wish I had taken more pictures back before these camera phones made it so easy.
