What a start to the day.
This morning I watched half a dozen toms working their way towards me down a wooded hillside, when the hens flew off and they followed. Ugh!
There was a flock of jakes that continued on route, so I decided to do something I've never done, take a jake.
(BTW, LongBeards and a FastFire III decapitate at 20yds.)
When walking out I see all the toms and hens sitting EXACTLY where I was set up on Sat and Sun. Nice.
Then on the way home, I start feeling really crappy. Only got worse so I end up having my neighbor take me to the hospital where an IV, CAT scan, anti-nausea drugs and three pain killers later, they sent me home.
I should be good to go in a few days and going back to my original weekend spot.
My advice if you think you have a kidney stone, waiting does not help the situation.
