Made from the finest Zapotec & Rayados jalapenos, home grown & sun ripened plus American grown garlic.


Thicker & slightly hotter than Tabasco, similar thickness to Franks, but with a much better flavor. You really will want to put my s**t on everything!


Pasteurized to food safety standards (160⁰/40 mins) & shelf stable while sealed (refrigerate on opening, lasts about 3 months in the fridge.) The sauce WILL separate when stood, so shake well before use!
