Jalapeno Bacon Grilled Cheese

Pre cook bacon
Split jalapeno length way, remove seeds and veins
Fill jalapeno with cream cheese and bake until slightly browned
Assemble sandwich as shown
I used sharp cheddar and Velveeta cheese
Slow toast assembled sandwich in skillet with butter

interesting. we do the peppers / creamcheese wrapped in bacon often. never thought of a sandwich. might have to try this

Mix about 1 Tbsp. of Cajun seasoning and 2 tsp. of garlic powder in 8 oz. of cream cheese for stuffing those peppers.
