Gooey goodness, why do people grind these up?

That looks really good. I had a pork shank at Macaroni grill 2 or3 years ago that looked like that. It was very tasty and tender.

Jerk is nice. I normally go for the curry with some homegrown scotch bonnets.

Never forget the rice and peas either.
