My dad has his mind set on a jebs choke for his 20" barrel 835. From what I see they only offer .650-665 for it. Is that not super tight for that .710 bore? He has always shot nitro 3.5 4 5 7 load but wanting to try apex.

Yes, that's tight in a mossburg. And TSS does not need to be choked tight to get great patterns. Jebs makes good chokes, but I dont know anything about their mossburg offerings
We are shooting tne 650 in our 20" barrel 835s with longbeard 4 and 5s.. I can put 100 4s in a paper plate at 55yds.
No since in wasting money on TSS with a 12ga.
