John Tully WMA

Does anyone know if Tully has flooded already this year? I am assuming it has due to all the rain. But was wondering if anyone had solid info.

It has had water on parts of it for sure. I hunted Chickasaw NWR Thursday and the water had dropped out fast. The turkeys seemed to be following the water line and enjoying the worms that were coming to the surface after the water fell. What dates did you draw?

I don't have to go into work until late tomorrow and was thinking of going up to cold creek/tully and see what kind of action happens. I don't like going in blind but I figure it's not far from the house so why not.

You do realize Tully is a draw this year and not open with statewide? Just making sure since it's new this year.

twra shut down all my previous go to turkey spots and i would bet big money there are folks hunting these lands today and not knowing that they are draw hunts this year and closed to statewide hunting....
