Dug around and found a few of my favorite turkey pics.
Man we have had some fun chasing these birds around.
Hope each and every one of you have an absolute blast hunting this spring.
Hope you enjoy a short journey.
My very first turkey. Jake and a longbeard came in, right before the shot they criss crossed. I shot the "wrong" one. It didn't really matter though.
My son's first. He was 7 years old. He was standing within 5 feet of where I was when I got my picture taken with my first.
It was 19 degrees the morning he killed his.
One morning of what is still today considered my best "outdoor weekend" of my life.
My first "longbeard".
One of SEVERAL awesome hunts / stories with ole CBU93
What a story.
Even ole stretch got in on some of the action.
Double longbeards (mine was a quarter inch longer though) LOL
Absolute STUD of a gobbler my son killed during the juvy weekend.
10 1/2" & 8" beards. 1 1/2" spurs and best I remember 23 pounds.
Just one more to remind myself (and everyone else) what it's really all about in the long run.
