ever being broken. bluegill world record. 4lbs 12 oz. ive been studying on this and looking at different state records that sknt realky come close.

Worked with a old fart in the 70's that had the state record for a short time, didn't say when could have been 40's or on up. wonder when that 1 was caught and where, that would put a bass to shame on a fight I bet
