kabob recipes?

just bought a blackstone charcoal grill with built in kabob rotisserie. has 11 kabobs that fit into slots with electric motor . quality could be alittle better but needed new grill and I had a giftcard so I got suckered in :lol: that being said im gonna do some shish kabobs tomorrow. anybody got any good recipes?

Not really a recipe, but we always use squash zucchini bell pepper onion and pineapple. Only use salt and pepper to season. This has become a staple for us.

I like to brush on Allegro Marinade or mix 1 to 1 olive oil, soy sauce, and teriyaki or balsamic and add salt and pepper and garlic to taste, also mushrooms do well skewered. :drool:
