Kentucky bandwagon?

It's been mentioned by at least one member here that there are a number of Tennesseans with zero ties to Alabama who have shamefully joined the "Fighting Updykes bandwagon nation" in recent years due to the unfortunate success of Crimson Tide football under Dark Lord Saban.

I was wondering if the same is true with Kentucky basketball? With Tennessee men's basketball struggling lately, are you seeing a growing number of UK stickers, t-shirts, hats and flags throughout Tennessee these days?

I've definitely seen more blue around but I remember as a kid growing up there was always a group of folks that rooted for UT football and UK basketball. :bash:

There is Not nearly as many Bandwagon basketball UK fans, as bandwagon bama football fans.

That might just be because football is the much more popular sport in Tennessee and most the south.

Bama football by far has the WORST bandwagon fans in ever!!!

I wonder what Bama nation thinks about the "bandwagon" fans? Everyone knows vol fans HATE bandwagon fans. If all the hype surrounding Butch jones and ut football is real, as well as all the predictions I've read on this forum, the vols will be the the school with all the bandwagon fans in the near future.
Will vol fans hate them too because of no affiliation to the school or state?

I HATE all bandwagon fans even if there now pulling for UT.

If you was dressed in gator/bama gear last few years yelling ROLL!!! Tide!!! While doing the gator chop please please don't act like a UT fan in the future.

I'm always a bandwagon fan of the team who's playing against the Corn Huskers! I like their fans, but can't stand the Omaha news media because no matter what type of tragedy may have happened that day in the news, the first 5 minutes is all about the Husker game that day. I'll even bet they will start their sports cast tonight with Husker news before talking about Wisconsin winning the NACC tournament.

I work with 2 Clemson grads and I thought they were the only ones to openly admit it. :rotf: j/k
