As funny as that would be ole Gus aint going anywhere anytime soon even with the loss to ALABAMA this year. His buy out is huge and lets face it who are they going to get that is any better for the team ?? Gus is a experienced SEC coach and has the potential to bring auburn to the top. He just has to do it. They will keep him on another two years I suspect.

Did I understand his buyout is over 30 million? No way they are firing him with a buy out like that.

Can you imagine the vols V auburn game in Tn if that were to happen?? OMG he would need a security detail from Hades and if auburn won they would tear down the stadium.

Yes they said on the radio this morning it is over $30M, so he i snot going anywhere anytime soon.

Fans started a Go Fund Me account to buy out his contract but it was a bust . Seems the fan base is as uncommitted to following through with things as the foot ball team is at auburn :)

32 million and half is due within 30 days. He ain't going anywhere. Things will cool off after this season then he'll start sucking again at the beginning next year then beat Bama in the iron bowl and they'll give him another 49 million extension. Rinse and repeat
