Knouse Trap Calls

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had any calls made by this call maker. I have heard them on FB and they sound good, but I have never owned or ran one.

I won one on a contest (couldn't believe they drew my name), so I was just curious if anyone on here owned any. He is a newer call maker (at least I think he is). I just found out about him when i started joining some of the FB pages (a couple of years ago) and he started posting on there. He is out of Port Royal, VA.

It's one of these over under calls where it is glass over slate and you can flip it for the slate on the back side.

How do they sound? I regret not getting one of those. if for no other reason than to put it on a shelf as a decoration.

Pretty clean not much rasp really have to find a striker to give it some. The bottom side plays soft. I'm working on a YouTube video now.

Turns out we are friends on FB and I just watch you run this call as well as several others on your page. The call sounds good. Main take away, I need to get better at calling. :lol:
