Wife seen a stud 2 weeks ago in South Knoxville. The deer are here but people won't let you hunt. Some will but many no.

I have seen big deer near are place.

I agree 100%. I have run into that a lot around Knoxville and even the surrounding counties. Plenty of places to hunt but landowners just aren't very trusting of other people being around there. With the way a lot of people are I can't say that I blame them.
