I didn't watch the game but it was closer than the 67-61 final score indicates.
Here's the highlights that were posted by UConn, which is the only video available at this time.

The Lady Vols were down by 2 with 25 seconds left on the clock, when a UConn freshman hit a 3 pointer to put them up by 5.
There was only one second left on the shot clock, and if she didn't make the shot then who knows what could have happened.
The Vols had fought back from a 9 point deficit to get within 2.
It sounds like it was an exciting game,
UConn doesn't have any seniors on the team. and the Vols held UConn scoring to a season low.
The Vols could have won if they didn't have so many many turnovers, 14 which resulted in 16 points for UConn.
UConn had 11 turnovers but those only netted the Vols a total of 5 points.
Points off turnovers seems to have made the difference in the game.
Otherwise it was a great effort by the Lady Vols who should be nationally ranked higher than 25th.
I'm sure that they will be before the end of the season.
Maybe UConn and the Lady Vols will meet again in the NCAA Tourney.
