I take my Black&Decker variable speed drill and chuck my primer chamfer tool. Then clamp drill to desktop, get it rotating really slow, lock it on that speed and start swaging the primer pocket. SO: Deprime using universal decapper, swage the primer pocket, tumble, lube, full length resize, prime, load, shoot.
Highly recommended you do the swage step with no distractions because that chamfer tool cuts human flesh really quick. Takes about two hours to do 1500 crimped primer pocket brass. I break it up into 5 days.
I have done a lot of review of how much processed 223 brass costs compared to unprocessed. I will never purchase the unprocessed 223 again. YMMV
