Large Neck Roast- what do I do with this thing???

Any suggestions on what to do with a 9lb neck roast (deer)? I want to cook it whole. I don't want to cut it up for ground. I need to cook it today too...

well seasoned and pan seared to brown the sides (deglaze the pan with broth and add to cooker) and slow roasted or braised in broth and slow cooked.

my grandmother used to pressure cook and finish in the oven served with fruit chutney.

Put a Apple in couple big onions seared in garlic and butter .throw in the crock pot with enough beef broth to cover. Cook on low about 8 hour. Drain .cover with BBQ sauce and it's awesome
