Can you use them in a standard cartridge setup? If you can, how much would you reduce the powder charge to start to be safe?

I use LRM primers in my 308 when using BLC2 and 748. I do not reduce the charge.
I found that when using LR primers with those powders a large flame could be seen and significantly reduced fps. When stepping up to the LRM primers, the flame was gone and increased fps.
I do not use those powders for my 308 anymore as the Varget is so much better in my rifle.

Varget has become my all round powder. Reason I ask about the Magnum primers is that I can get a couple thousand and wanted to make sure it would be safe to use with my loads.
