Last weekend..

I went and seen 1 gobbler and 4 hens (not on our property) and 3 deer no gobbling..so it was really slow but nothin in the bag

My buddy had 4 roosted behind his house yesterday afternoon but another friend came over late to borrow something and they all flew off. Was hoping to take my son there this morning but because of baseball he's been in the bed late the past 2 nights and wanted to sleep in. As it turns out they came back this morning and he said they gobbled forever and were looking for hens. Oh well that's how it goes.

Wind was brutal today. Looks like we will be dealing with rain tommorrow. No matter, I'll be on the mountain at daylight.

We been working on a couple of LBs this week and Saturday one went to the freezer.
