Late day hunting

Due to school and work im forced to hunt in the afternoon usually starting around 2p.m. does anyone recommend anything or have any advice for this. i know mornings are the best time to get lucky and i know before roosting time. what about the other hours in the woods?

Fields are good in the afternoon .Got my first few turkey sitting in the afternoon by hunting ones that had fresh dropping in them.I never called at all back then.I waited on the turkey to show up.
