Anyone know much about laurell hill? Hunted eagle creek last year and was impressed they both bout the same distance from my small piece of ground. Bunch of birds there and how pressured it was

Good place to go
I would hunt it more but Its a haul
Hunted it a couple 3 times and always got on birds
although I never killed both hunters I was with did

I hunted there for a while but haven't been in about 3 years. It used to only be open to hunting on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the week and they would close a lot of the roads and make you walk a lot. When this was the case, the turkey hunting was awesome! The last time that I went they opened the season up 7 days a week and also opened up all the roads. It seemed to push the turkeys quite a bit further back into the woods. We didn't have as much luck when this was the case. It is loaded with turkeys and some of the biggest birds I've ever seen were at Laurel Hill. It's good hunting...I might go back myself this year.
