I don't care for stuff like this that has all the tomato bases in it but this wasn't half bad.

2 pounds of ground chuck
1 big can of crushed tomatoes
1 jar of traditional sauce Banellio or something like that
1 tablespoon of garlic salt
25 oz bag of great value cheese ravioli
4 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown the hamburger meat and then mix in the crushed maters, garlic salt and sauce
Layer the mixture in a crockpot then add a layer of the cheese ravioli and cover that with the shredded mozzarella cheese
Repeat till all used and finish with the meat stuff on top
Cook for 4 to 5 hours on low
Cover with fresh parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread

I gotta admit it wasn't bad.
Been doing all the cooking and stuff around the house since the wife is down and she said that's what she wanted so that's what I made. :)

Probably be a good deer camp or duck blind meal.

Low for 4 hours.
I think I left it 4 1/2.

I just remembered I left out an ingredient too.
1 tbs of garlic salt

I'm making this right now. I used a pound of venison burger and a pound of Italian sausage. I'll provide a review this evening. Our youngest is home from college. I maybe should have doubled the recipe, we shall see. Looks and smells good.

This has met with two thumbs up. The college age son asked me to do it again soon. Wife was happy - she did not have to cook. I was happy - easy and tastey.

Crock-pot lasagna is one of my go to when we have pot lucks at work. I use Italian sausage instead of ground beef. really delicious and very easy.
I was going to add Italian sausage but you beat me to it. That's the way to go for this dish.

That does sound good.
I would say add italian sausage AND ground beef and take out most of the tomato stuff and add more cheese and it would be even better. :)
