So is the draw a bonus bird but the open hunt counts as statewide?Seems i read before that atleast the non quota bird was counted as part of the statewide limit.

True. The following is what the LBL website states verbatim: Bag Limit: Two turkeys with visible beard; however, only one turkey may be taken during each of the spring hunts. Hunters harvesting a turkey in an LBL quota hunt (Kentucky or Tennessee) may not hunt on the April 18-24 Tennessee hunt. A quota hunt turkey is a bonus turkey in TN and does not count towards the TN statewide bag limit, but does count toward the LBL limit of two turkeys. Non-quota turkeys on LBL are not buonus turkeys in TN.

2nd hunt. I haven't checked with him, but would be no surprise if my buddy in whose motor home we are supposed to stay was drawn for the first hunt! lol Whatever, I have pretty good luck when the dawn patrol is in camp taking a nap or gone home.
