Archery and Crossbow Seasons: Closing the archery season five days before each quota hunt in 2008 showed mixed results for quota hunts and reduced hunting opportunities for archers. For 2009, we will return to the previous rule of closing archery season during quota hunts and one day immediately before each quota hunt.
