LBL quota hunt application

I know I ain't very bright but sheesh.
I just spent 10 minutes trying to find out where to apply for a turkey hunt.
They have changed the site or something and I can't find it anywhere.
I just keep getting sent from one page to another and back again????
Anyone have a direct link to where you apply????

I guess I am just stuuupid because I have been there and clicked on where it says "click here" and it takes me here:

Then when I click on the link where it says:

That, then takes me back to the original page???
