have kept the Gators from being the lead story on the sports' talk shows.

That's a positive for them :D !

I guess the news figured out that UT would finally win a game after 12 years. Even HBC lost a couple games to UT..... :tu:

Oh how I hope that he stayed until the end, but with his track record, I doubt it !

I just figured a #14 team was supposed to beat a #19 team. Shouldn't be much hype on it.

I do see where the players, fans, and CBJ should act like they did. It is the closest thing to a NC they'll ever see.

They could lose the rest of the games this year and Vol fans would be ok with it. Their season was Saturday. :rotf:

I guess UF could claim they were caught looking ahead to the Vandy game. :poke:

Yes. His prime was before my time, but he wasn't your typical golfer. He was an average Joe and had an unorthodox swing compared to most players. But, he was likable and a guy people pulled for.

Everything I have read has said it doesn't look like alcohol was a factor. I do know he loved to fish so being out there wouldn't be uncommon. Have they said they believe they were drinking?

I haven't been keeping up so the news may have changed, but this morning I read that alcohol and drugs were ruled out as factors, but it was probably speed. Hit a jetty.

Not the article I read earlier today. Actually said there were no signs of drugs or alcohol at that time.
