Leaves a lot to be desired.
Three weeks ago my kid decided to dismantle a reel and ended up losing two pieces.
We've never been able to speak to a human. All we keep getting is a message to email [email protected]. Well Fred has yet to acknowledge three emails.

Anyone else dealt with them?

I have never used them, don't own any Lews reels.
If you can't get them to do anything and you need a guy I know of a guy in Paris that does exceptional work.
He can clean / repair any kind of reel.
