I use a glow stick from wal-mart. It is about as long as my eye glasses and VERY light. It also has a lanyard and is DEFINITELY cheaper than a lighted nock at under $2.00. I keep that plastic tab thing over the battery so as not to turn it on accidentally and not have it available when needed. I can zero in on them from a LONG ways off back to my downed deer in the winter woods.
I will try to load a pic.

If you wanted something similar to the glow stick you posted then go by a army surplus and ask for chem sticks. They come in all different colors, usually in a box of 12. You just break them and they glow for many hours, then you dispose of them.

I tried the glow sticks one year. VERY visible. THe problem was that I would break them, use them, and then they would continue glowing for hours when I only used them ONCE. It felt wasteful. I am now using my battery operated glow stick for the FOURTH year and have yet, to run the battery down.
