Anyone bought one of these for a Mossberg 835. I am thinking about getting a limbsaver pad. I would rather have the precision fit than a slip on. However, I don't want to buy one if it won't fit the gun. About everywhere I've looked it says they will. However, there is usually something with them saying they can't guarantee that they will fit.

if it says it will fit it should, everyone i have bought have fit as good or better than the factory pad.it is a great product and addition to your gun

I bought one of these. The pad is about 1/8 of an inch longer than it needs to be, but the screw holes lined up fine. It make a big difference in the recoil, so its definitely worth the money if you shoot 3 1/2s.

I shoot a beat up 500 with that wierd camo. I use the slip on. The gun was ugly to start with so I don't care how it looks. Recoil pad does make a big difference.
