Anyone have any experience with these?
Do they seem to help?

Seems like they make the bow noisier

I have a couple of Vibrachek supressors and an aftermarket one as well. They both do a good job in suppressing any noise from the string. I like the Vibrachek one a little better because it does a little bigger range of adjustment on it.

I've had good luck with a String Tamer and the one that came from the factory on my PSE. I've got a Hi Tek on my DXT. I haven't shot it much but so far I like it as well.

If you have a limbsaver and it seems like its making the bow noisier. You may already have, but try adjusting the stop farther/closer to the string. It may do better at a different spot.

i have a sts on my mathews and its really quiet, i actually cut it during season and had to remove it while wating on my replacement pad and could tell a big difference

I have a STS and it works great. Not sure why it would make your bow louder unless it is to tight against the string. It should be set to barely touch the string at rest + or - a little to fine tune it. Play with that some to find the quitest point. They are designed to silence the string only. Could it be your noise is coming from somewhere else on the bow. One thing I have noticed is if it is to tight against the string it will add some bow jump. That is due to the string hitting something that is mounted mid riser and transferring the forward motion to that point.
