For those that have and use the livescope for bass....

Just curious how you go about it.
I'm not talking about on ledges, but moreso around docks, underwater structure etc.
Do you just scan "likely" places and cast to them once you find them?

If I don't change my mind I am going after some ditch pickles Saturday.
I tried to bass fish with it last weekend but the 25 mph winds had other plans.

Just wanted to try and lessen the curve a bit.

And yes, I know @gasman you don't need livescope to catch fish. 🖕

Yep that's basically it. Around 4-5ft of water is where you start to lose visibility with a lot of distortion. It can be really frustrating bass fishing because single fish can be extremely hard to catch. On the other hand, if you see 3+ fish in a group it's almost an automatic bite.

To add to what you already know... I use mine for finding structure just as often as finding fish.

There have been numerous times where I've been casting to a spot.. simultaneously scanned a different spot.. and saw a rock pile or stump or something that I didn't know was there and caught a fish off it - even though I couldn't see the fish on livescope.
