However, controversy ensued shortly afterward. The catch was ruled an out, taking away the homer from Chinese Taipei. The manager of Chinese Taipei argued the call, and it was reversed and counted as a home run.

The umpires then got together and collectively reversed the call again, saying it was an out.

BTW, out is the correct call.

Good for them.... It was a out. Didn't see any of it but saw the responses and hated they ruled it a HR. Glad they got it right for the kids great play!!
