Locksley is in VA Hosp. Nashville. Medical 2G, Rm.123.
He was admitted a week ago Thurs. due to an infection. He is apparently stable but doesn't expect to be getting out any time soon. I'm sure he'd appreciate a holler.
 
I found this on another website. He is going to be in the hospital for 4-5 months. Here's the address. He would appreciate any cards and prayers you could send his way.

4- 5 months!!!! that is some serious infection. there has got to be more to it than that. He has a prayer from me.

This is I me Locksley and I am still in the V.A. Hospitol. My left knee is almost well now and my right knee is healed. I am going to be here for some time because I hope after I get my knees healed up I can get knee replacement surgery. I still kneed to lose a lot of weight ,I have lost 65 pounds since I got here. I need to lose 200 more before I can get sergery on my knees. I may be able to get a stomach lap-band to help me lose the weight I have put on in the last 5 years of being down. Please pray for me as my son wants his dad to show him how to hunt soon.

I allways need reading materal magazines hunting fishing.. Some apples and bananaas would be nicee.

No. He was moved. I think it was 2N he was moved to but not positive. If you call they can track him with his name. That's how I found him after being moved.

I may be going to Murfreesboro V. A. Hospitol for physical therapy soon the guys in the little white suits are measuring me and my too tall self to see if they can move my bed from here also. Being 6ft 6 in tall it is hard for them to find a bed they own for me . The V.A. does not want to buy me a bed as I was only an E-5 not a general. Us machinist mates are only important when it is time to start the engines and go somewhere. lol
 
Be sure and let us know when/if you make the move Ron. I'll be in Nashville again in a couple of weeks.I've got some more hunting magizne's I was plannings on dropping off.
Hope the physical therapy helps some.

It has at least the part I have been getting here now. I was refused P.T. 3 years ago and sent back home to stay in my bed out of sight out of mind till I got this leg infection. Now they have to see me as I am here all six foot six inches of me . .
 
Prayers sent for a complete recovery. I was in the hospital myself back in August with a leg infection--no fun at all. :(

Well the V.A. in murfreesboro has come up with the solution again . They are looking into getting ME sent to west Virginia or Chicago Ill. for my care. This is the same way they tried to get rid of me back in 2003 but none of the other places wanted my either then. So the V.A. and the government are not ever going to change any.
IF THEY GET ME SENT AWAY I WILL NEVER SEE MY SON AGAIN
