Yep, I have decided I like the 1" think much better than 1 1/2".
Seems like the thicker they never get as tender as the 1".

Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and a little tony chancery.
No clue on the amounts, I just do it by sight.

Looks good. I normally just use Cavenders Greek seasoning. It's the best I have ever tried.
