Low Light Practice Before Season

I love shooting at dusk!! For those that use lighted nocks, wait until you can just barely see the target and setup a camera behind you and open the bulb exposure and you can capture the entire flight of your arrow. Not only is it very cool, it also tells alot of what your arrow is doing while traveling downrange. ;)

Awesome! I might try that.

Yep! Last year my brother and I shot at like 10:30 one night during a full moon! That was fun! You couldn't really tell what you were doing because you couldn't see the dots on the target so we just had to go by feel each shot. We had a few groups about the size of a softball at 20 yards.

Yeah! Seeing the pin was no problem, but you couldn't make out anything to aim at on the target. It just looked like you were aiming at a 4 foot by 4 foot black sheet.

Yeah, shooting in low light is great fun, I do it all the time. Plus it builds confidence when your out in the field early in the morning or later in the evening. Imo, everyone should practice this.
