Always look at the bright side. I was only 2 miles away from the ramp up river and I have a new trolling motor that gets with it lol. Oh and they were pulling current hard as well. Could have been much worse.

My cousin just ripped his lower unit off, 3rd person this month I personally know who ripped there lower unit off on the same snag. When the water is normal level you can see the snag, but with all this rain Old Hickory can be dangerous.
