Anyone use them? I've been thinking about giving them a try this year and was wondering if they are worth the effort.

Try Nockturnals, they'll light up every shot as compared to others. Wal-Mart has them for $24.97 for a 3pk as does Bass Pro.

I bought one of the Carbon Express ones at Walmart to try out. I haven't even shot it yet. You can make you own pretty easy if you like the diy route. All you need is a clear nock, another nock of some kind and a thill bobber light.

I moved to Carbon Xpress arrows and love them. The Carbon Xpress lazer eye nocks are the best design I have seen. No wires or magnets. The nocktoutnals are a pain to turn off. They are only about $7 each too!!

+3 on Nockturnals. I have also used the Easton Tracer but I don't like the little magnet required to activate them.

Same here on the Easton Tracers and I two of the Luminoks stopped working after the first shot. I assume it was the impact that broke something internally.

So far the Nockternal lighted nocks have worked great.

The old Nockturnals were great. The newer ones...not so great. The people that own Rage, bought out the company last year or so, and the new stuff ain't what it use to be. Do a search on ArcheryTalk and you'll see what I mean. I bought some in packs of 3 last year, and out of the pack I opened, only one out of 3 will consistently turn on. The other two are hit and miss. Sometimes they will...sometimes they wont.

I got turned off from lighted nocks when I tried the Easton Tracers. Most of them were half dead out of the package. If I were to try any other brand I would want to have practice nocks of the same weight to confirm POI.

Exactly every word of it.

I just bought a dozen Tail-lite nocks for a little more than $4/ea. I'm hoping for good results. I got them from the web-site above.
