I'd say so. My latest Browning Dark Ops said "Made in Philippines". I'll take it.

Only model i have thats not actually hanging on a tree is a Dark Ops made in China. Its a three year old and still works great.

More and more camera makers are learning to not rely on Chinese labor. The are making their cameras in other Asian countries. That's a smart move.
