Here's a good organization to help. I've talked to Ron extensively and he's doing great things introducing kids to the outdoors. Based in Maine, he gets underprivileged kids interested in the outdoors by getting them trained up on firearm safety, ethics and then getting them on hunts of all kinds (moose, turkeys, fallow and axis deer(hunting preserve) as well as numerous other animals. 1-in-350 chance for a $100 moose hunt.
