AHHH, the weather was beautiful all day. I got 3 shotgun barrels polished and broke all 3 guns down and gave them a cleaning and lube job.... got to finish mounting the sights on 2 of them and then I will post some pics..... Hope ya'll got out and enjoyed that beautiful day the lord above gave us......

It was awesome even though my son and I worked hard clearing the roads on our lease. Had some really bad icestorm damage but we got it done. It was a great day to be working outside.

Ahhh, it wasn't that bad, used a technique I read on OldGobbler.com. I had to build a little jig to hold the barrel while I ran a brush with a scotchbrite pad back and forth in the barrel. Used JB paste and penetrating oil to polish after deep cleaning the barrels. They shine like mirrors on the inside....good thing I started early this morning. I can't wait to pattern them tomorrow.
