Anybody seen one of these? aluminum/magnesium riser wood/glass laminate limbs.$139.99 at Bass pro Ive got some birthday money Thought I might make a trip to bass pro and check one out.

I LOOKED AT IT AND THOUGHT ABOUT ONE MYSELF, SAW ONE BEING TEST SHOT OUT THERE IT APPEARED TO BE A GOOD SHOOTER IN THE HANDS OF FIRST TIME RECURVE SHOOTER. DON'T THINK YOU COULD GO WRONG WITH IT A VERY AFFORDABLE T/D RECURVE GOOD LUCK AND LET US KNOW HOW IT SHOOTS

My friend has one and I have shot it. 55# limbs and draws very smooth. There is no way to shoot off the shelf but nothing wrong with shooting off a rest. Shoots very consistant and accurate. I think it is a good deal. If I didn't already have a Hoyt Gamemaster I would consider one.

HEY I GOT MY WIFE A JAGUAR AT THE CBA SHOOT LAST WEEKEND ON A TRADE AND HEY THE DANG THING SHOOTS REAL NICE I THINK YOU'D DO REAL GOOD WITH ONE.....ITS WORTH EVERY PENNEY

I ordered the "no-name" from 3rivers. I plan on refinishing the riser in high gloss black, the limbs are black/brown. I have black string wiskers, and a black hair/pad rest for the shelf. Hopefully it will look good, and at the price, not alot invested.

Hey that bow looks good and it looks like the riser is strong enough for a compound or recurve bow. It might make a good Olympic target bow even.
