My Drenalin is wearing or rather has busted the serving on the string around the lower cam where it pulls over the top at full draw. Has anyone else seen this or is there a problem with my module cocking off to one side. I have noticed no play or slop in the cams but having to replace the string after 1500 or so shots?

Serving wear in that spot is very common. I had it on my Drenalin and Drenalin LD with the factory strings. I have not had the problem with aftermarket strings though. If the serving is separated you can slide it back down. If it's busted you'll need to have it re-served. I like the halo serving. Here's a post from the Mathews forum with a suggestion of how to deal with it.

So from what I read they knew it was a problem and the only real fix is dont use the cheap strings they sell their bows with? I do not see super gluing anything as a fix.....

I'm not walking into that propeller blade :D

.....but I replace the strings on every bow I buy.

Wear in that location of the string is very normal. Ive owned many different bows over the years and I cant remember having a bow that didnt wear in that area. A quick fix to solve the problem is super glue and you will be surprised how well it works.

That is a patch for cheap strings on premium bows in my opinion. I have had Bear and Jennings bows all my life, this is the first time I ever had a string serving do this on the cam...and I have had two other single cam bows.

Every baracuda string ive ever owned has done the same thing. Think its were the serving is not wound tight enough( factory anything not as good as custom) I usually shoot them for a couple years and then buy a bucknasty. Shouldnt hurt anything this year though. ;)
