I have a 4-12 Vari-X II that would be perfect for the 204,,either gonna put the LRT on the RUM or trade it for a 4.5-14 and put the 3.5-10 on the 25-06.

whats 8.5-25 LRT 30mm tube x 50mm lens side focus worth,,near perfect??

I've seen them sell fairly quickly (2-3 days)on the net for $700. Less than that, they'll sell in a heartbeat, more than that and they might not sell.

Good way to figure out the selling price...find out what dealer cost is, then subtract $25 to $50 if it's in great condition.

Dealer.........With Dot........$726.80 W/out shipping/ins.

It would be hard for me to sell that scope, because soon you`ll realize you have a need for a dedicated target/long range/gong ringin` rifle.

And there you have it... exactly why $700 is the price point for that scope.

I agree with Tim... I'd hold onto it, at least for load development. It's so nice to punch paper with that kind of magnification.

I have had it on nearly every rifle I own and some I didn`t,and after I get the gun tuned with a load and try and use it,it is just too big,,I geuss it could be worth 700 to keep for that purpose,,it doubles as a spotting scope on range days.
