Got a bird to fire off at 1:30 today, and before I closed the distance I could hear faint drumming in the other direction. Hit the ground and a few clucks and purrs on the slate is all it took, the gobbling bird gobbled after the shot so maybe we will cross paths another day soon! Congrats to all the others on here who had good hunts as well!
