missed this morning

Yep, hate to hear it, but I know how you feel. I did the same thing. 2 deer came out of the thickets pretty quick from a place I wasnt expecting. I had no real time to judge the distance and put one right over her back. That was the last deer I saw the entire weekend.. Oh and that was sat morning. We well have another chance.

A lot of things can go wrong to cause a miss. Nick a limb, not anchor properly, misjudge distance, not bend at the waist, grip the bow to tight etc. If bow hunting was easy everyone could do it. You will make the next shot.

I missed a doe that was on alert bc I stopped her. I could see my arrow fly over her back as she dropped to run. Aim low when they are alert. Better luck next time.

makes you feel stupied and I know the feeling. I missed a 10pt last year on opening morning of gun season from 40 yrds with no excuses. I even checked my gun wishing it were off, but it wasn't

i missed a doe at 24 yards this morning i have no reason why i missed her [/quotie]we never do....my theory, in my case, is I rush the shot. I feel like I have only a 10a second window to shoot got to work on that
