Thanks Eyeseeker for letting me kill some of your food plot 'pests'.
Well I haven't killed any yet, but I came up on the birds walking to one of the plots this morning. Had to just freeze in place while a couple hens crossed the path, putting and watching me. Took a nervous 35 yard shot at a hen, and watched them all run away. Had some birds nearby throughout the morning but no more in range.
Next time I will go out even earlier and get em soon as they hit the plot after daybreak.
At least I am seeing some birds and getting in range... meat is just around the corner. Anti-hen-killers, hate on... :grin:
