This recipe is the exact same as the Mississippi Roast, just substitute 3# of boneless skinless chicken breasts

What do you eat with it? I know with the roast, we usually have carrots and potatoes to go with it and mashed potatoes to soak up the gravy

Laying it over a bed of long grain wild rice is my favorite. I also spoon out some of the liquid from pot and pour over the chicken and rice
spicy steamed veggies my 2nd choice
