Montec Customer Service

Has anyone dealt with Montec's customer service, I LOVE their products, they are SHARP, and do the job. But every deer i have shot has been a pass through, and the tip of my broadhead is bent from the ground/rocks.

Anyone know if they would be willing to replace these products?

Thats why I quit using them.

I had one with the tip bent a little. I used a sharpening stone to sharpen the blades and the tip is now a hair shorter but just as sharp as when it was new.
