Spent 3 hrs at the range this morning. I developed a load for the 6.5 Creedmoor 👶and went out to test it at distance. Got my zero at 100, then began working up my dial ups for the various distances. Got to 1000, and only had 3 rounds left. So I consulted the resident 6.5 guru about my possible dial up at 1000. "32" he said without hesitation. (Knowing my bullet weight and velocities that is). So I dialed it up and shot a 2 shot group at .22 MOA, then, like an idiot, I decided to tweak the last one for the bullseye, and had a flier. But, I believe I have a solid load with the 140 gr bullet, and have my dope for it recorded. Shot the WinMag as well some more, nothing better than .5 MOA this go round. But man, had a great time just doing what I love doing!

Also those ATips were grouping under .5 MOA as well.

Nice shooting. What are your 6.5 loads?

Both the 6.5 barrels I load for really like the 140 and 143 grain projectiles with imr4350. Have not stretched out anywhere near as far as you though.

I'm using Superformance for both the 140 gr ELDs and the 153 gr ATips. I have some ELD-M 143 gr to try next as well. So far Superformance has produced some nice groups, but the velocity is lacking somewhat compared to the listed velocities per book data.
