Mossberg 535 and #9

Here is my Mossberg 535 with a .660 Indian Creek. Shooting 2 3/4" 2 ounces of #9 lasered @ 40 yards.

It does kick quite a bit. First shells I ever shot out of it were some 3 1/2 Winchester XX. I shot two of them and said no more. Been shooting 3" out of it since. These 2 3/4" TSS #9 really are not that bad to shoot at all.

Had a 535 one time. Really liked it but you couldn't shoot 3 1/2 or you would pay the price. Wish they still made them I would buy a new ( not used) one.

2 3/4" 2oz loads are the way to go in 12ga

Great pattern, had a 835 and practically gave it away. no forgiveness in the mossbergs but they are turkey killers.
